Today, we have a Full Moon in Leo.
A Full Moon shines a light on the subconscious — illuminating what we may have been avoiding or overlooking — especially within our emotions, intuition, dreams, and inner world.
On a Full Moon, we reach a climax, a turning point in some area of our lives. With it being in the sign of Leo (self-expression, playfulness, passion, and purpose), we are being invited to express ourselves fully and live authentically; to shape our identity by releasing fear. When we stop worrying about whether we’ll fit in with what is expected or “the norm”, we can be loyal to who we truly are and honour the path we know feels right. It’s time to set your stage and shine!
It is also a reminder that we are the creators of our lives. Most of our creativity comes from what we are passionate about, what we feel is our purpose, and how we enjoy playing and having fun. This is the time to get in touch with your inner child, follow your heart, and create your kingdom.

I find this reading fascinating, as we are moving out of an Earth and Water theme in this world and into an Air and Fire theme. We are no longer in a time of sitting and waiting; we are moving into a time of movement, expression, and inspired action. The Strength card is governed by Fire, the King of Wands is a double Fire energy, and the Queen of Swords is Air.
And not only did we receive the Strength card — representing inner power and courage — but we also pulled two Court Cards (King and Queen), which speak to authority, leadership, and sovereignty. Power. There is a lot of opportunity now to put our ideas into action and become accomplished and successful in our endeavours. It’s time to claim authority over our identities and lead with confidence.

When we gain the strength and courage to release what no longer serves us — especially fear — we step into our personal power. This initiation can motivate us to take the lead in our projects or careers, leading to success and accomplishment.
