Reality Check: person vs. PERSON
Are we living in two different realities?
We all use the word “person”. It’s almost inevitable. Trust me. I’ve tried to use other words like “individual”, “being”, “soul”, and “human”, which all work well, however, I still find myself using the word person.
Why do I find alternatives to this word? Good question.
Because we have been conditioned to believe that when we talk about a person we are talking about a PERSON, a name with all capital letters. We even call ourselves a PERSON, which is our own name in capital letters.
What is wrong with this? A lot. But only because unless you’ve done some research into natural law and legislation, you won’t know the difference.
To master ourselves, we must know who we are. Unfortunately, there are forces in the world that have been preventing us from knowing who we are; confusing us, tricking us, hypnotizing and brainwashing us, and separating us from others who could help us better know ourselves.
One trick in the book is the definition of PERSON.
What is the difference between person and PERSON?
The origin of the word “person” comes from the French persone and Spanish persona, meaning “mask” or “character in a play”. It wasn’t until later on that the definition was attached to a “human being”.
So, basically, a person is a character in a play who wears a mask. They are playing a part. It is a personality.
Makes sense right? We have a personality, a persona we put on or a character that we play in this world. The world is like our stage and we’re the actors, playing our part as a specific personality. It is the mask that our soul essence, our true self, can express itself through.
However, our governments view us as a person in a different way. Their definition of a person is a corporation. PERSON = CORPORATION. Since they know that we have this personality that is somewhat separate from our soul (in their view), they take advantage of this disconnection. They don’t want us to know how powerful we are as a soul, they just want us to think of ourselves as this personality playing in their realm.
Why does this matter?
It matters because the people who created the governments (we won’t get too deep into who right now), incorporate us at birth and turn our person into a PERSON. The difference is that a PERSON is a corporation, a legal fiction, a dead entity and a person is a real personality or a character we play in this world (if you’re into astrology, think about your rising sign as your personality and how people see you in this world).
They legalize our personality. They turn us into a business. Why? So that they can contract with us, binding us to many things.
Contract Law
The governments work on commerce law which is based on admiralty and merchant law; the laws of the water. It’s all about contracts and commerce. You cannot do business unless a consensual agreement or contract is in place.
Think back in history and the first people who had discovered land. When ships would arrive to land, there had to be some sort of law and order in place, rules to abide by, to operate and keep peace. Ships would arrive for business reasons, delivering goods and services and creating commerce. So, our legislation was inspired by the rules of the sea.
We can see and hear this with our own senses all the time. Think about it. When you are birthed (berthed from the sea) your body (vessel like a ship) is brought into this world through labour (work, usually in a company or business) by a doctor (dock-tor, like a dock). Pretty interesting eh? That’s not all.
Our money is all based on nautical terms as well. We have a bank (river bank) where the currency (current) flows in and out. When you need to take a large sum of money out, the bank gives you a bank draft (a measured distance on a ship as there is a distance between where the money is and where it’s going).
Why do they need to turn us into a corporation to contract?
Honestly, to enslave us. A modern day enslavement. It’s more of a psychological operation. If we know who we truly are then we would know that we have way more power over the government than they do us. They know how much power we have as a collective humanity.
However, they have conditioned us to believe we are powerless PERSONS; that we need to rely on them as mighty leaders and providers. (Bullshit). They are supposed to work for us, but somehow we forgot this important fact along the way.
So now they have control over us, providing us “services” that aren’t optional in their eyes. They tax us for “roads” and “buildings” when really the money just goes to our national debt. Woo hoo. All your hard-earned money heading back to England. We’re basically just working for our government to pay off their debt. We are slaves and don’t even know it.
If we knew what they were really doing behind the scenes, we would not consent. That’s why they incorporate us and turn us into a legal fiction, a dead entity, essentially just a business. In commerce, a corporation (which our governments are as well) must contract with another corporation, not a true human being, a living man or woman; a soul. The dead (which is what a corporation is) must contract with the dead. A dead entity cannot contract with a living being. Getting the picture now?
As a legal fiction or PERSON, now we can consent to services offered by them, pay taxes, receive governmental “benefits”, medical care, enter the education system, and so on, through our social insurance number created by our birth certificate. We are in their system playing their game. And they keep records of everything. That’s why we “have to” file taxes, register our property, and pay fines. They check and balance everything.
What if we know that we are not truly a PERSON?
You take power back. They don’t like this very much, and you can fight them on it once you are knowledgeable about it. Unfortunately, most people who work for the government (and are supposed to be working for the people), don’t know this information themselves! So they try to force living men and women into consenting to contracts and agreements. Such as peace officers, judges, attorneys, etc.
When we know that we are not a PERSON we realize that we have a PERSON. The PERSON they created from your birth certificate (which is the certificate of incorporation) is owned by them. Your mother gives away all rights to your PERSON when she signs those birth certificate forms and creates the certificate of incorporation. Legally, they own your PERSON in a trust form.
But we can take that ownership back. It takes time and there’s no exact method of doing it, as the ones who are aware are experimenting and creating the method in the present time. We are waking up to the fact that we’ve been lied to and are fighting a corrupt government. That’s not an easy feat! There are many online communities that educate and can guide you in the process of taking your power and ownership of your PERSON back.
The first step would be to claim your legal fiction. Acknowledge that you are aware of the difference between you as a living man or woman and your PERSON. Because the PERSON is really just the corporation, your birth certificate. That’s all it is. The power it has is the power you give it.
When you own your PERSON, you get to decide what services and contracts you want to agree to. It’s not automatic consent as they assume with everything in their system. This is the way government is supposed to be run. Services are offered and you have the choice to contract with the services you want. You contribute to the government based on what you want back. Not this nilly willy 50% tax on income crap. That’s just straight-up robbery. The government is an in-your-face mafia, but because it’s in our face, we can’t see it. Look at it from a higher perspective.
What does this mean going forward?
That depends on your level of knowledge on the topic. As I mentioned, the first step is acknowledging that you know the difference between you as a living being and your PERSON. Look at your bills in the mail or your driver’s licence. Is the name in all capital letters? If it is, it is acknowledging your PERSON, not you.
You could start refusing the services offered that they believe are required. Obviously, this is at your own risk, as is taking any advice or guidance I mention in any of my blog posts, podcasts, or videos.
For example, I know that the Motor Vehicle Act is an “Act” which only applies to PERSONS, as per their own legislation. They don’t want us to know this, which is why legal documents are so confusing and tiresome, so that you won’t want to read them. Legalese is a made-up language created by a government (a corporation) to confuse you about corporate rules and operations. It’s trickery with words. As we know, “spelling” is a spell by words.
So, unless I’m acting as my PERSON and doing commerce on the road while “driving” (another legal term), then I am merely travelling freely as a living woman and there’s no need for me to register my vehicle. If I register my vehicle, I am giving ownership rights to the government to ticket me or impound my vehicle at their leisure.
However, if you’re doing business on the road from your vehicle, then you’re operating in their system of commerce and must abide by their rules. So it really depends on what you are doing in their legal realm compared to what you are doing as a natural human being. If you have consented and are acting in their system with your PERSON, you are in the legal realm. If you are just being your true essence as a soul then you are in the natural realm. The laws in this realm are as in common law:
Do no harm. Don’t hurt anybody or their property, intentionally.
Cause no loss. Don’t steal and if you break or ruin something, replace or fix it.
No fraud. Don’t lie or cheat anybody through agreements. Basically, be an honest human being.
Don’t breach the peace. Don’t cause ruckus or start fights or war. Don’t disrupt and cause chaos.
As long as you’re not breaking any of these natural laws, you’re not committing a crime. However, they believe that their legislation is law, which it is not, and that when you don’t abide by their rules you’re breaking the law. Legislation is based on commerce law or contract law, but those are not above natural or common law. When you stand as a living man or woman, you are standing under God’s law (Creator/Source/Buddha/Allah/whatever you believe in) and you are above their law.

Final words.
You are a wonderful creation. You are not meant to be a slave in a system, recognized as a dead entity. You are a living soul, meant to experience the abundance that this world has to offer. Our government sees us as a dead entity by means of a corporation. They believe we are lost at sea, as per the C’est Que Vie Act of 1666. So until we tell them we are not lost at sea, we are alive, a living being, they will continue to see us as a dead entity all the time.
My hope is that the more we become aware of this system and its operations, the more we can get together and transform it into what it should be: a government that works for the people, not against the people.
